Crossfit Kids and Teens

CrossFit Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, site functional movements that deliver broad and inclusive fitness. All movements can be scaled for any participant at any level. No two workouts are the same. The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to activities that kids do in sports training and every day life: pull, sick push, drug run, throw, climb, lift and jump. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of skilled CrossFit Kids Trainers.

 

Summer Hours  *starting June 13th

Teens Strength and Conditioning

M/W/F  @3:30-5pm

T/Th @10-11am

Kids M/W @9-9:45am

T/Th @5:15-6pm

ADAPTIVE CROSSFIT KIDS

CrossFit AZO is now offering an Adaptive CrossFit program that focuses on helping children living with developmental delays, genetic disorders, cognitive and/or physical impairments, or any child on the autism spectrum. The program will provide children the opportunity to support good health and fitness in a safe and supportive community. Classes will be led by a licensed Occupational Therapist as well as Certified CrossFit Coaches to ensure the safety and inclusion of each participant. Weekly classes will be offered and will coordinate with the already established CrossFit Kids Program.
