Paddle and Peak Performance (P3)

Attention all Climbers, Paddlers, Backpackers and Skiers. Are you looking for a workout program that will boost your readiness for the spring and summer season? Look no further! Lee's Adventure Sports and CrossFit AZO present Paddle and Peak Performance (P3) a program designed to get all outdoor enthusiasts in excellent condition for their season. The P3 workouts are designed to improve overall Strength, Work Capacity, and Endurance using CrossFit methodology (a general strength and conditioning program) with sport specific emphasis involved. The sessions are 3 times a week with the goal of providing you the base fitness to build your sport specific training.

Even without a particular training goal or sport in mind this program will get you started to improve your overall fitness. No experience is needed. We will teach you all you need to know!

1st Session Starts April 14th-May 22nd

2nd Session Starts May 27th-July 10st

3rd Session Starts July 14th-August 21st

Classes are Mon/Tues/Thurs @7pm.
