O.R.C. is a training program created to increase strength, find endurance, healing and flexibility through the CrossFit Endurance methodology. Never experienced CrossFit? No problem! This program is specifically catered to those with little to no experience with CrossFit of all fitness levels. Expert coaches will focus on and emphsize form and technique to ensure your success in the program!
